Fundraising

Most, if not all fundraisers will help you pay the band expenses, including fees, trips, private lessons, etc...  Also these fundraisers will help support the program by providing instruments, music, supplies, and staff members.  If you have any questions regarding any fundrasier, please email Mr. Dell.  

CHICK-FIL-A NIGHT FLYER  

The 2nd Tuesday of every month, the Chick-Fil-A on North Dale Mabry will donate a percentage of the sales to the band. The time frame is from 5-9pm and you must have the flyer. Please click on the link above to print out the flyer and take with you to Chick-Fil-A. What an easy way to help support the Band program.

 SHOW SHIRT AD SALES

Every marching season, a shirt with the show themse is created.  On the back is an opportunity for sponsors of the band to advertise.  This is limited to the first 30 ads that are business card size.  The sale of these ads support our annual middle night in which we give over 150 middle school students and the Gaither band students a free shirt.  If you sponsor the band with an ad, you will receive a free shirt as well.  The past shirts are framed in the bandroom back to the 2000 show when this was created.
