Below is a list of events and approximate hours for the 2009-10 year. Please look this over to make sure you have everything.
2009-10 Events/Hours
There are several different levels of volunteering for the public schools.
All parents must complete the SERVE form in order to volunteer for any band function that occurs in a single day. If a parent wishes to chaperon an overnight trip, he/she must be fingerprinted. Fingerprints are good for three years. If you have not been fingerprinted by the school district withing the last three years and you wish to chaperon an overnight trip, please do that early. The process takes at least 30 days to complete.
